No. RuleCheck is a compliance reference tool for licensed real estate professionals. It cites the actual legislation and rules so you can verify answers yourself, but it does not constitute legal advice. For complex situations, consult a lawyer or your brokerage compliance officer.

Your compliance queries and case records are stored securely and associated only with your account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Queries are used to improve answer quality but are never linked to client identities.

Yes. Core compliance content is cached on-device so you can look up rules and guidance even without a connection. Syncing your history and cases to the web dashboard requires an internet connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

RuleCheck subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, tap your profile photo, go to Subscriptions, and select RuleCheck. You can also manage it at appleid.apple.com.

FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) is the federal anti-money-laundering regulator. We monitor RECA, RECO, and BCFSA for rule changes and update the app content when regulations change. App updates are delivered through the App Store. If you notice content that appears out of date, please let us know via the support form.
